I had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. However, while the dining options were good, they leaned a little too sweet for my taste. Overall, it was a memorable trip, and I felt like it offered great value for money.

The rooms were fantastic and very large, with a separate area for the kids and a cozy lounge that had an open fire. The decor had an eclectic charm that combined traditional and Art Deco styles, and despite a slight air of faded grandeur, everything was very comfortable.

Staying at this hotel was a unique experience. The rooms blend traditional and deco styles, giving them a charmingly faded grandeur while still being very comfortable. I really appreciated the friendly service throughout my stay. The location makes it easy to explore the Medina, but I did find the breakfast selection a bit lacking. All in all, it was good value for money, despite a few minor drawbacks.

While the breakfast was on the sweet side with pancakes and marmalade, I felt it could be a bit more varied. A few more options would have been nice.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of charm and a few quirks. The rooms exuded a sense of classic style combined with comfort, but they could have used a little more dusting. The staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, yet some administrative tasks left me a bit puzzled. The location was super convenient for exploring the area, and the dining had plenty of room for improvement. Overall, it felt like a great value for the price despite its minor setbacks.

Rooms

The rooms had a unique design that combined traditional and deco elements, offering a sense of faded grandeur while remaining comfortable. However, I did notice they could use a good dusting.
Service
9.0
The service was exceptional, as the staff seemed to be available around the clock to help with anything I needed, although they did require my passport for some unclear procedures.
Location
10.0
The hotel was perfectly located within an easy walking distance to the main market area, which made exploring the Medina a breeze. Plus, there was a taxi stand just steps away for those longer trips.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast was made for us whenever we liked, I wish there were more varied options. Adding some fruits and eggs could really enhance the experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent and maintained well, though there wasn't much that stood out as special.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge, luxurious, and impeccably clean, which made for a really comfortable experience. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. On the downside, the dining options could be sweeter since the breakfast tended to be on the sugary side, and I felt the service in the dining area could use a little improvement. Overall, it’s definitely a place I would recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The rooms were huge, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. We booked a fantastic suite that included a separate bedroom area for the kids and a cozy lounge with an open fire—perfect when the temperatures dropped.

Breakfast was tasty but leaned heavily on the sugary side, featuring different pancakes, fruit, and various jams. It was decent, yet I wish the options could be a bit more balanced.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and beautifully furnished rooms that exuded a touch of classic charm. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, especially when it came to dietary needs. However, breakfast options could have been more diverse. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby Medina, but I had to spend some time navigating administrative requests for passport copies.

The rooms were spacious and had an eclectic mix of traditional and deco furniture, which was very comfortable and provided a slight sense of faded grandeur.
Service

Service was excellent, catering perfectly to my daughter's gluten-free diet, though I found the request for passport copies a bit unclear and unnecessary.
Location
9.0
The location was ideal, with a short walk to the Medina and easy access to a taxi stand for further exploration.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience at breakfast was good, but it was mostly bread-based and would benefit from more variety, like fruits and eggs.
Facilities

The facilities were nice, particularly the pool area which was lovely and relaxing after a day of exploring.
